Hipro Consultancy was formed on the 14th of November 2011 and obtained its certificate on 16th of January 2012. It commenced its operations on the 1st of April 2012. The company has a large pool of clients it deals with and has built reputation and experience over the years.

The company offers a cocktail of services such as accounting, tax consultancy, auditing and company registration.

Misheck Gona

Co-Founder (CEO)

Misheck is the founding chairman and the Chief Executive Officer of Hipro and is in charge with the day-to-day operations of the company. He is a qualified accounting professional with vast experience obtained in over 30 years of service. He began his profession as a booker keeper and worked for several companies in different capacities including an accounting firm, during which he obtained valuable experience.

Brightmore Choga

Non-Executive Director

Bright is a non-executive director with more than 25 years’ experience in the banking sector having worked for several top banks throughout. He is a qualified accountant who holds a Bachelor of Accounting Degree (BUSE), a Masters in Professional Accounting & Corporate Governance (GZU). In addition, he is an Associate of the Chartered Governance and Accountancy Institute in Zimbabwe (CGI formerly CIS), an Associate of the Institute of Bankers Zimbabwe (IOBZ) and a holder of a Certificate of Proficiency in Short Term Insurance.

Yvonne Tsitsi Chirima

Human Capital and Administration director

Tsitsi is the Human Capital and Administration director who boosts of vast experience in the areas of specialization. She is a results-driven administrator with 13 years of experience in administration, providing exceptional support to teams and organizations. She has a proven track record of delivering high-quality results, with a strong focus on efficiency and effectiveness. She is a proud holder of a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Management and a certificate in project management.
